SEED C.A.R.E.S.

SEED C.A.R.E.S. (Community Assistance, Relief, Empowerment & Support) is our cross-cutting intervention to support low-income communities. It started off as (COVID- 19 Advocacy, Relief, Empowerment & Support) focused on ensuring children got access to quality education, despite the COVID-19 pandemic. The articles and interventions from the pandemic have been featured on various blogs (see Resource Highlights below).

With the new intervention direction, SEED C.A.R.E.S. will provide support to low-income communities using schools/centres in our network as a hub of intervention support.

How SEED C.A.R.E.S. Works...

Low-income communities face several challenges that impact the ability of children to be in school, such as:

  • Food & Nutrition

  • Water

  • Transportation

  • Health Care

  • Natural Disasters

  • School Supplies

  • Economic Empowerment

SEED C.A.R.E.S. (Community Assistance, Relief, Empowerment & Support), working with partners, will provide support towards ensuring children have access to quality education, no matter the community they reside.
