Synthesise multiple sources of
evidence to inform policy reforms
SEED’s evidence work drives education system reform. Our approach is grounded in robust research, synthesis of multiple evidence sources, and continuous learning. We integrate administrative data, global and local research, and implementation experience to generate decision-ready evidence that informs education policy and practice in Nigeria.
We prioritise evidence that is usable, contextually relevant, and aligned with government decision-making cycles, ensuring insights are actionable for policy and implementation. SEED designs, pilots, monitors, and adapts innovations, models, and frameworks to local contexts for learning and scale. We also produce coordinated studies on topics related to affordable non-state education and use evidence generated to support policy engagement, stakeholder dialogue, and strategic decision making.

evidence to inform policy reforms
Prioritise evidence that is
actionable, timely & relevant
to government & education leaders
Support decision makers with
evidence briefs, policy notes
& learning summaries.
Apply evidence through design,
adaptation, monitoring & scaling
of education models & frameworks.
SEED is committed to evidence that is open, practical, and usable.
We share insights that support better decisions, stronger policies, and more inclusive education outcomes. Our evidence outputs have informed policy dialogues, public hearings, and multistakeholder engagements at national and state levels.
